A 2022 Muscle & Fitness Magazine Mr. Health & Fitness Finalist, Mel Mills is a faith and fitness coach (in certification) and digital marketing strategist who writes and speaks on fitness and faith. His mission is to help people love Jesus, steward their lives well, and pursue their purpose with passion while becoming their best physical selves!
