Thanksgiving Fitness Tips
Thanksgiving can be a tricky time for some of us on our fitness journey. But it doesn't have to be dreadful or overwhelming. Here's a few tips to help you stay relentless during the holidays.
1] Enjoy The Day
Enjoy the day and eat what you like, being mindful of any health issues.
2] Remember The Bigger Picture
Remember, one day isn't going to make or break your fitness goals but you can avoid the guilt trap by not overeating.
3] Get Up And Move
A walk (20-30 mins) after eating helps digestion and puts you back in motion. Some pre-meal exercise will also help ramp up your metabolism for the rest of the day.
4] Be Thankful
Focus on gratitude and simply enjoy the people in your life during this time.
